The first hour of the day is called the golden hour and it sets the ton for everything that happens during the rest of the day. This is why it’s important to have some DAILY rituals that prepare the mind and the body for everything you have planned for that day, for all the unexpected but possible external attacks, problems but also opportunities you may have during your day. Successful people have all morning habits or rituals that they practice even if some of them don’t even know it. First of all and as you already probably know it is the importance of a good breakfast. People always say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and this is true.Do you skip breakfast and wonder why it is the most important meal of the day? If we do not have proper nutrition we can’t function to our fullest.Your body is lacking something.Our bodies cannot run on empty until lunch time.This affects your whole system, hunger causes mood swings and irritability.And when we don’t feel well we are not as productive, so if you skip your breakfast you automatically dicrease your chances of a successful day, and if skipping your breakfast becomes a daily habit you dicrease your chances of a successful life.

A second habit that should be a part of your life is to read in the morning something positive, constructing and inspiring so that you can set your mental stage for the rest of the day. From the first day that you try this you will notice that things go better for you, positive thoughts attract positive situations and people.

Also you can do some light stretching exercises and a couple pushups maybe even a quick 10 minutes walk on the treadmill.Exercise in the morning, you’ll be enegized and you will manage to fight against stress, it also increases mental acuity. Exercise jump starts your metabolism all day long and it makes you burn calories all day long. We are what we repeatedly do; excellence, then, is not an act but a habit said Aristotle. So start your day off right and it will change your whole life.
