So what is it like shooting for Vogue and working with some of world’s top models? Here is what Mégane had to say… OKNO WORLD (OW) What does it take to be a photographer for Vogue and FHM? Mégane Claire (“MG”): Determination, quality and a unique vision. OKNO WORLD (OW) : How would you distinguish a photograph worthy of being published in Vogue? MG: The mood of the image…if it exudes a strong emotion. OW: Where is the most exotic location you have traveled for shooting? MG: Jamaica was one of the most beautiful and exotic places, it felt like home to me.
OW: How has photography changed from 1980s to today? For better or for worse? Why? Do you think photographers had more challenges then?MG: I love film but I think digital and post-processing is much easier and more cost effective now. OW: Who have you worked with? Anyone who has thrown a fit and caused drama on the set? MG: I have worked with many amazing models, whom were all kind on set. I just photographed Ashley Sky for the cover story of FHM Spain, she’s an awesome model and a sweetheart. She is one of those models you just know is going to reach the top. OW: What would you recommend to amateurs when taking photos? Specific backgrounds? Colors? MG: Develop your own style and perfect it.
